Im treading a very similar path Tony and all I would suggest is getting a grimmspeed 3 port ebcs and forget about the catch can unless you really want it - put the $400 or so towards something else - I doubt you'll be pushing the car to the point of needing an oil catch can. But the benefits of an ebcs are tangible after talking to a number of tuners around Perth.

The basic mantra for bolt on's is: TBE (3"), 3 port ebcs, pw tmic and cai (optional). Stick to them and you'll be farting through silk son.

Don't really need it, but the cost of one isn't too huge so I don't mind sticking one on.
That said, I still have a few months to go before this comes to fruition so I might even change the plans a bit further down the track.

Optional for a reason
Not a huge fan of intake induction noise and I've read a couple of papers stating that the air filter/air intake on the 08+ is a lot less restrictive than in the pass and doesn't require a cai or replacement intake to net good gains.

I got a CAI and I hate it, but I can't be bothered taking it out now. The only time I like it is with foot down, but that doesn't happen very often with DD.

Let me know when you decide to buy the Bilsteins, I may order around the same time and buy the bits and pieces that you told me about at the same time too!

CAI depends on who you talk to. Despite what I've read, my engineering background tells me the flow of a CAI with a fabric cone filter vs a paper panel filter in a plastic box will be a no brainier to the CAI.

But we will see, I've had mixed reports about them - proof will be in the pudding when I get it tuned after running it in as I will be running an AEM CAI.

Will do!
Shouldn't be too hard to order two of everything and still come in under 1k inc shipping costs
Wonder if Troy is interested on participating in a group buy in a few months time

Not trying to alter your view on it and all, but have you heard the AEM intake? I've got it on my car and for DD, it whistles at this pitch that is really irritating!!

Yeah I have, my mate has it on his 2010. I don't mind it personally, hence why I bought one.

I know they are not everyone's cup of tea....

Very nice car mate.

Roughly how much were the foglight covers? And where did you order them? They were the correct colour already I assume?
