Smile Nayfun's Bug Wagon

I have always wanted to do up a "Driveway" so here it is ladies and gentleman =D

The car is a 2001 MY02 Impreza Wrx Wagon purchased back in April of 2010 from a mature owner.

My pride and joy is rarely driven, it only comes out each weekend and the occasional cruises.

Performance:

STI TMIC
GFB Stealth FX BOV (plumb back 24/7)
Apexi Panel Filter
3" Magnaflow Muffler
Lowered on Pedders Suspension (which exactly? not 100% sure even to this day)
Unichip ECU *Shivers*

Cosmetic:

02 STI Hood Scoop
02 STI Fog Light Covers
02 STI Front Grill
02 STI Projector Headlights
02 STI Gold Rims
02 STI Carbon Fibre Reflectors
Clear Fender Indicators
STI Oil Cap
Rally Armor Mudflaps

Colin McRae Memorial Cruise 2010

Rising Sunday - Winter 2011

Wheels World 16.07.2011

Currently leaning towards the cosmetic area as I am quite happy with the drive as is. Once I am more financially stable, I will pump the money into performance side of things.

Plans:

03 MRT Scoop suit 01-02 WRX (Needs Paint & Fitting)
02 Ultrex STI Style Front Lip (Needs Paint & Fitting)
02 Eye Lids (Needs Paint & Fitting)
Paint my Sideskirts & Rear Pods
Brembos
IHI VF34 Turbo
Vi-Pec ECU (Most likely)
6 Speed

Slowly and steady as the car change I will put up more photos for all to see

Nathan

03 scoop won't be on for a long time if it does happen since it still needs paint. So theres plenty of time to get talked out of doing it. In the mean time I shall keep looking at BUG N OUT and decide for myself.

Tomorrow I'm going to see how it looks with a c-west front grill so I will post up some photos for all to see.

By the way thanks guys for the opinions, keep em' coming =)

Diddy, there is nothing wrong with a 03 scoop on a bug especially if you have a front lip to go with it.
Just like my bug the 03 scoop is good for the functional purpose with a bigger TMIC.
Hmmm not sure about the eye lids tho, but each to their own.

As it is a nice bug wagon.

Looks like the wagon won't be sporting a c-west front grill. As fate would have it, it did not want me have it on...

First of all, the clips I required to remove were so hard to get off without breaking them, I almost gave up. I managed to get the two side parts next to the headlights on, but when it came to putting on the main grill, it was not meant to be. The clip holes were all broken, snapped off probably because someone didn't take the grill off correctly, now I realise why it was free.

I still managed to get it on (not very securely) but it sure was ugly, kinda look like ass. I named it bum-face spec, girlfriend hated it more than me. So I took a few shots, swapped it back to the STI grill and stored the c-west one away forever!

Completed a resonatorectomy today but instead of hacking "the thing" up or heading to bunnings for some pvc pipes, I replaced it with a Seibon Intake delete i bought a while ago from a vendor on rexnet. The job was not fun at all but glad I got it over and done with.

Seibon Intake Delete Vs. Stock Resonator
