The upgrading rims cost wouldn't just be the cost of rims and tyres.
Being a GC I would need new suspension to be able to dial in some camber, and some guard work at a minimum to put on what I want. For me i just can't justify the cost to be honest, especially as i think the stockies both look good and suit what I am after in the car.

Also being 16's, really good tyres are much cheaper than say trying to wrap the same quality rubber around 18x8.5s :)
