I think I saw your car @ STechnic last week. Looks schweet dude.

+1 for tyres over painting intercooler. R888's on a daily = nuts (but so gooood hehe).

Thanks dude . I don't daily drive this any more so that's why I've added r888s as a possible option. It's now progressing into a weekend/track warrior. However having said that, I think AD08s etc may be a more sensible option. But we shall see how game I am when the time comes! I'd like to start getting into some more serious track work though

Got the car back from ASG today. Net result was 290hp/360Nm @ ~4500rpm (all at 22psi).

Peak HP was not quite as high as I was hoping. However, the bum dyno is very happy with the result. Peak torque is a tad bit later than my vf35, however, once it comes on far out its good. And whereas the vf35 dies quite early, the bbk-L holds all the way to redline. I'm still trying to adapt to having to shift earlier as I hit redline so much quicker .

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the end result. I believe I haven't reached the full potential of the turbo yet either. It seems like the ideal range (based on other build threads running a bbk-L) is 24-25psi. However, after chatting with Sean, that level of boost on a verso tune may not be the wisest decision. In the end, I took his advice and opted to play on the safe side of things. 290hp is plenty enough for me at this stage. I need to learn how to drive the car again :P.

Dyno graph to come.
