Since fag man has been away I have been doing some work on his car.

He wanted me to redrill his top hats to 114.3 x 5. Here are some pics of that. Will also be cleaning them up and getting them anodised.

Also needed to redrill his Inlet Manifold to fit the later composite TGV deletes. Was going to just drill them but i personally dont like being dodgy so machined up some plugs and knocked them in then redrilled. Pics of that.

Here is a secret about how to find the centre of a threaded hole.

Then bolted to the Mill and drilled.

Next post will show port matching the manifold and cleaning up the casting marks.

Matt also wanted the new TGV deleted to be matched to the manifold. So I did.

First mark the manifold with a marker and scribe around the TGV to show match line.

You can see how far out they are.

Air tools with burrs cleaned that right up.

Then with the TGV delete bolted up you can see it all matched.

Can also see here the other bolts lined up perfectly now.

Cleaned up the rough casting marks too. He will be painting it so didnt need to be polished or anything.
