Default Recommended MY07 STI turbo upgrade

Hi all,
Want some input as to what turbo to upgrade my My07 STI to.
It's currently running the stock turbo and I'm installing a Xforce cannon 3" turbo back exhaust.
Looking forward to your suggestions as I know from reading the threads you all got better experience than I.
Looking at a turbo that is rated around 400 -450hp
And would this upgrade call for piston and conrod upgrades too?

So I'm looking at some internal upgrades too like cosworth pistons and Conrods?, if I go with a turbo 400-450 hp?

Yes a fully built motor to hold that power safely best on standards would be mid 300s and depending on the way you drive that won't last long . No more than 19psi for a standard motor for good daily drivability

Stock pistons and conrods are good for about 320 hp right?
