if you have more coin than me, go for the project mu...

in the track car i used dba 5000 two piece rotors but as russ said, dont change them until you break them...

in regards to a surge tanks, do you really need it? run a fuller tank? $1500 for a surge tank is serious coin...

I picked up a second hand spec c style surge tank (with cradle etc) from the USA and swapped on my pump etc (from my understanding their pumps are not same as spec c, so may as well use your own or a new one). These are standard on USDM and JDM STIs.

Cost was around 150.

The scr pros from perfect run are cheaper landed then dba5000's and yes I'm planning to use the remaining life left in these rotors.

Yeah I'm getting surge at over half tank on the long track and a surge tank is cheaper then dok dok.

Cheers Andy I'll have a look at that.

Yeah coming out of the bowl on long track. It was worse on 98 but I'd rather be safe then sorry and as you'd know e85 doesn't stay in the tank long after a couple laps of barbs.

You should be able to do a tidy couple litre surge tank for less than 1500 though. I know Josh at Galvsport was CNC'ing some stuff recently for gtr's, would probably work well for you too man.
