No mate , I'm waiting for my 6 speed as well before the strip . Also upgrade the ecu from Possum Link to G4 with flex fuel.
Waste of time down the strip as Im running a close ratio box modded to RWD
with 4.44 diff atm . 0% traction and 0% top end . Good fun but over it .

Should go ok hopefully . Its been a long way to this stage and the E85 fuel system upgrade and new injectors should give me some good increases and bit less heat in the engine . Staying with the VF29, dont want massive numbers just longevity for motorsport. Just cant deny the benefits of corn juice anymore.

Did a quick mock up for test fitting of rails and get fuel line lengths .

Looks like ill have to repaint the power steering reservoir lol . Looks mint.

I wish lol . I have a severe back injury , so slowly 15 mins here and there doing what I can or teaching my son and getting him to do the awkward stuff .

Having sleeving done to my stomach to loose weight due to not being able to exercise, then surgery . Hopefully be back to better than normal In 10 to 12 months . Not alot of fun ATM. But looking forward to fitting in race seats again.

The adapter kit for the rails are from [url]www.stores,ebay.com/cleaninjection[/url]

They convert RS liberty/Legacy G1 S1/2 and WRX and STI S1/2 rails to accept the later sidefeed injectors . They have a billet oringed insert and a billet injector hat with stainless allen bolts all E85 ready.
The rails are stock RS Legacy that I carefully drilled out to 08 STI sidefeed rail Fpr adapter size. Rs and S1/S2 are 32.5 mm, I increased the size to 36.5mm which is 08 STI size.

I bought 4 adapters from aeroflow and modified the mounting hole spacing to fit my rails. Then all fittings are -6 aeroflow constant internal diameter to 450 series braided E85 compatible aeroflow hose . The rails are setup in an equal parallel setup ,from a billet filter and larger model intank walbro e85 pump .

Fuel pressure is now via a Tomei L size Fpr . All orings , breather hoses and carbon canister hoses are all E85 proof . Im using Sard 800cc sidefeed injectors that were from an SR20 nissan (they fit subaru rails)

The conversion kit from clean injection was about 158 AUD ,all the new aeroflow adapters for the rails were 80 AUD . So 238 AUD for the rails . Cheapest I could get a topfeed conversion for was $400 delivered from the UK as bugger all people are doing them for the old rails now (demand low cost high).

The whole fuel system including the pump , injectors and fuel rails owes me under $1000 and about 10 hrs of my time its E85 ready and is future proof if I want to go bigger. The cheapest I could do the topfeed conversion with new parts and used injectors was double. But i scored with injectors secondhand just serviced $300.

You could do it cheaper by tapping barb fittings into the rails and using larger thicker bottom orings to convert the injectors as lots of people do. Not my cup of tea , I wouldnt trust it running higher rail pressure or bet my motor on it. Ive always believed you do it right the first time and always do a touch more than you need.
