Well duh, I really wasn't thinking. Unless it's recently changed, if you've had the car for over 12 months it's as simple as just changing it to WA registration. One of the vehicles I brought to Perth I did that with, the other (WRX) I didn't bother changing and I lived there for 5 years without any dramas from the po po before moving back to SA.

thats good news mate! thanks for the heads up.
hopefully just paperwork excercise and getting some slw wgn wa plates..
if i can get away with leaving it SA rego that be preferably as ill end up moving home in a few years i imagine

I love this. I have a real soft spot for this model hatch.
I don't head down to the drags on wednesdays unless some of the boys are bored and feel like going but I do go to No Limit's at barbagallo a fair bit. Haven't taken my car in a while since it's off the road but I do enjoy heading up there regardless
