Turbo timer isnt needed. Your MY99 WRX turbo is not oil cooled. All you do is drive it a little slower for the last few minutes of your journey or let it idle after driving it hard and parking up. Its a waste of $140, plus labour to install it, plus it stuffs your immoboliser sumtimes.
