STi Body kit with BIG spoiler
Slotted Front rotors is that standed?????

Looking at spending money on GO want to know what mods I can do first.

Hey welcome Nathan, gd choice on the classic shape!!
Slotted rotors are not standard. Get a ECU, CAI, TBE and aftermarket TURBO is the goal!!

yea goin suck just ordered clear tail lights indicator lights front and sides and corner park lights should be sweet prob get bit of a stezza first to listen to the tunes then i want get guages and boost controller and turbop timer etc then be doin engine mods.

Turbo timer isnt needed. Your MY99 WRX turbo is not oil cooled. All you do is drive it a little slower for the last few minutes of your journey or let it idle after driving it hard and parking up. Its a waste of $140, plus labour to install it, plus it stuffs your immoboliser sumtimes.
