My advice:

22mm adjustable front with Whiteline spherical sway bar links
24mm adjustable rear with Whiteline alloy sway bar links.

Although this is my opinion, the 24mm bar isnt too much to handle...and its always worth having the bigger bar, with the option for adjustment (you can loosen it off using the "softest" mounting holes if need be).

I can price it up for you, but if you put aside 600 bucks, you'll get the whole lot and some change out of it also (going from the last WRX front and rear setup I sold). I'll have to confirm of course.
