From experience, what would be the advantages/disadvantages of swapping a standard my00 wrx engine for a complete V6 sti engine.

Standard:
ej20t
td04

V6 Sti:
ej207
vf28
sodium filled valves
forged internals (i think)
better flowing heads

what else???
