Yes, direct swap on the front, only thing you may consider is making sure the old smaller backing plate doesn't scrape on the inside of the new bigger disc.

The backing plate has a bit of a dished edge, you may need to bend it out a bit.

You could change the backing plate for a 01/02 job but it's hardly worth it.

Putting the matching 2 spots on the rear is a different story tho'.

If you're upgrading for track work etc give thought to putting on braided (gen Sti if you can) lines all round and a Cusco master cylinder brace...very worthy upgrades.
