amp is a Kicker ZX350.4

Will be powering some JL splits in the front doors (plan on running each of these of a channel) and the other two channels feeding a JL 12 sub in a ported box.

Front splits are rated at 85w rms continuous, sub is designed for a min of 60w RMS and a max of about 300w RMS...

will run the rear door speakers off the deck.
