Default Steering knuckle/up-pipe sensor clearance

Hey,

I just got some 4>2>1 X-force equal length headers fitted to my car but there seems to be a clearance issue between a steering knuckle and the exhaust sensor in the up-pipe. When i steer the car left and right, the steering knuckle rotates and rubs against the side of the sensor sticking out of the up-pipe.
The rubbing is pritty bad to the point that sometimes my steering wheel doesnt correct itself (restraighten itself) when i come out of a turn, i can feel engine vibration on the steering wheel and you can feel the rubbing when you turn the wheel in a 'thud thud' feeling. Its not the safest thing driving around like this so i wanna try to get it fixed ASAP.

Any ideas on how i could get around this problem?
Shorter sensor? (if there is such a thing)
Bending the sensor?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

-Nick
