Not for a 2.5....different animal with the extra capacity, the built bottom end on its own doesn`t make the power, it just survives it.
With stock heads and cams it will just be another torquey 2.5 build(been done many times, usually resulted in Ok "meh" result), add some cams it will make decent numbers but there will be a ceiling...
Full blown head package and the bottom end to back it up and you`ll have a WMD... the smile will never leave your face
I think with the talents on Ron at RAW the top shelf heads would result in major power gains throughout the rev range, aid spool etc....seems pricey for the APH3...but if you consider buying some heads 2nd hand(they are brand new), buying the cams springs, valves, seals etc having them ported, machined and assembled(all in a top shelf manner) its not too bad really...they are ready to bolt straight on.
Sell your spec-c engine complete as a long motor(worth Very good money), and talk to Ron at axis....see what package he recommmends and get it all in one deal
