You'd need to seek out a foundry. A one off mould would need to be made after which the casting would need to be ground and finished to your requirement. Dependent on the quality of the mould and the metal worker involved, the quality of the molten metal used would distinguish the consistency of the core matter. I.e. its quite an involved process and would require a number of prototypes before the final unit is achieved.
