get a lawyer to write them up for you?

or, write them up yourself (im sure u can find some sort of wording on the net) and get it signed.

Any agreement or document, that is signed by both youself and a vendor becomes a legal and binding contract. Doesn't have to be all fancily worded, just make sure there are no loopholes
