get a lawyer to write them up for you?
or, write them up yourself (im sure u can find some sort of wording on the net) and get it signed. Any agreement or document, that is signed by both youself and a vendor becomes a legal and binding contract. Doesn't have to be all fancily worded, just make sure there are no loopholes |

Try Australia Post, Officeworks, etc for blank agreements.
