Default weird cold start issue

Last week I upgraded the fuel rails and lines, fitted MRT rails and fitted -6AN braided teflon lines & fittings.
Its back to a serial system, still running thru the sard reg. idle pressure reads ~43psi.

I have a weird sputtering problem, where the engine seems like its skipping a beat when revving slightly (blip throttle) in the morning. I can also notice slight hesitation on cruise (warmed up) when stabbing the throttle. Car sputters a tiny bit sometimes. But runs much better than when its cold.

To me, it reminds me of excess of fuel. stabbing the throttle on and off on cruise makes the engine very muggy.
Also the slightly rough idle could be a leak somewhere, but iv checked all hoses I can see and its all good.

The MRT rails & -6 lines are much larger then stock, and its running the same pressure as a stock system. Is that OK?

If it does sound like a fuel problem - should the pressure be lowered?

getting no CELs.
