Default weird cold start issue

Last week I upgraded the fuel rails and lines, fitted MRT rails and fitted -6AN braided teflon lines & fittings.
Its back to a serial system, still running thru the sard reg. idle pressure reads ~43psi.

I have a weird sputtering problem, where the engine seems like its skipping a beat when revving slightly (blip throttle) in the morning. I can also notice slight hesitation on cruise (warmed up) when stabbing the throttle. Car sputters a tiny bit sometimes. But runs much better than when its cold.

To me, it reminds me of excess of fuel. stabbing the throttle on and off on cruise makes the engine very muggy.
Also the slightly rough idle could be a leak somewhere, but iv checked all hoses I can see and its all good.

The MRT rails & -6 lines are much larger then stock, and its running the same pressure as a stock system. Is that OK?

If it does sound like a fuel problem - should the pressure be lowered?

getting no CELs.

What injectors tode? If it's not tuned for the injectors that will be where the problem lies.

I know I had a lot of low rpm issues with the decaps initially, which needed to be tuned out. Would stall at idle, sputter and be gay.

Could it of ran rich and rooted the 02 sensor? That stuffs up when hot and cold and makes the car surge a little.

ok did some more investigationz... pretty sure its a air leak coming from the manifold on the right hand side (just the red intake manifold and not TGV housing). As I took it off to fit the autronic IAT sensor.
I re-used the gaskets but i can hear it sputtering from the drivers side.
Think i'l take it out again and put new gaskets.

makes sense coz when the motor heats up, the problem almost goes away (expanding metal).

running stock STi inj. dont plan on using decaps when i get it tuned. i'l push the 550's as much as it can go.
