A smooth tune will cost more as there's a fair bit more time involved in getting the best cold start / cruise (economy) / off boost driveability out of it and ending up with an engine package with good manners when it's not being belted.
Don't skimp on the dyno time, you'll kick yourself if it's a pig in stop start traffic.
Well worth the extra $$ imho.
