Its not the factory red key symbol that's staying on, that's fine

Tried spare, changed new battery, everything, no luck
The Autowatch unit pretty much went into lock down mode
Tried the over ride (PIN), which wouldn't work either

I've got it sussed out now - took a while and help
Have isolated the Autowatch unit now and car is starting up, so its an immobiliser issue
I think the unit is shagged, no idea what caused the failure though, everything electrically have been fine with the car
But the unit is being sent back to Autowatch
