I have Kings Super Lows on my 00 which were on the car when i bought it 2 months ago.
When going over some medium bumps the car makes a loud bang up front and seems very rough. I didn't notice it when I bought the car cause the test drive was on smooth roads.

Down in Albany where i live the roads are best described as Crap, so i need to do something about it soon before my car becomes rattle central.

I have been told the springs as they age can rest on the bump stops and cause a really rough ride. I understand they should be stiffer than stock, but I have been in a similar wrx with Kings SL's and it was no where near as bad.
I don't want to go out and get new springs if it is something else.

Any ideas or similar experiences would be much appreciated :-)
