What I take from that is that it is a good system but probably more suited to cars that might require a few hours tuning due to the work involved in setting it up rather than a quick power run or a tinny touch up.
Remember you pay for the time setting up as well as actual running time on the dyno.
I suspect you can get identical runs out of it a little more consistently than a roller dyno but once the dyno operator if familiar with the system and its variations I don't see it affecting the ability to get the tune they are capable of producing unless the dyno is a real dinosaur.
I doubt you can actually get any more information out of it than a current Mainline or equivalent roller dyno.
