Gearbox/Front Diff = 75W90 or 80W90
Rear Diff = 80W90
Torque = snug it up, not overly tight or its to hard to remove again which you will find will be the case when you try to undo it the first time
I put a bit of thread tape on my plugs so that they undo easier
