torque wrench settings?? to do what? tighten up the filler plug?
Also you might wanna make a list of what vehicle you have, year, model etc..
And what driving conditions you put the vehicle through!!

Manual or ugh...auto?
manual trans contains the diff & gears in the same oil bath, auto doesn't.

Redline lightweight shock proof for the manual trans (3.?? litres).
Readline heavy duty shock proof for the rear diff (1.4 litres).

Gearbox/Front Diff = 75W90 or 80W90
Rear Diff = 80W90
Torque = snug it up, not overly tight or its to hard to remove again which you will find will be the case when you try to undo it the first time
I put a bit of thread tape on my plugs so that they undo easier

Rear Diff 0.8L :
Castrol SAF-XA
Expensive but one of the better synthetic oils.
~$30/L

or try a cheaper old school mineral oil:
Castrol LSX85W/140
~$27/4L

Use some locking goo on the diff plugs and do not over tighten. Try Loctite 567 or Threebond 1105. Tighten to 49 N·m (5.0 kgf-m, 36.2 ft-lb)

For the gearbox 3.7L
Redline NS 75W90.
This is designed for synchro gearboxes. Use a new washer everytime.
Tighten to 44 N·m (4.5 kgf-m, 32.5 ft-lb)

Disclosure: Opinions on oil are like arseholes, everyone has one...
