Use some locking goo on the diff plugs and do not over tighten. Try Loctite 567 or Threebond 1105. Tighten to 49 N·m (5.0 kgf-m, 36.2 ft-lb)
For the gearbox 3.7L
Redline NS 75W90.
This is designed for synchro gearboxes. Use a new washer everytime.
Tighten to 44 N·m (4.5 kgf-m, 32.5 ft-lb)
