Lightbulb EOI: Perry Lakes electric R/c fly in / fun fly afternoon

Calling all park flyers!

Would anyone be interested in an electric R/c model fly-in / Fun fly at Perry Lakes if I were to organize it?

I know there's a few closet Hobbyists amongst us, so why not get together?

An example of the models that will be flying on the day (so far):

Electric ducted fan jets
3d aerobatic aircraft
Scale aerobatic aircraft
3d Helicopters

This is open to anyone who's interested in R/c Aircraft, the more the merrier!

All modelers welcome, but Electric models only to be flown on the day (2.4 Ghz radios preferred).

Depending on the interest generated here & the opinions of others, I would look at arranging this for a Sunday afternoon, say 2 - 5 pm within the next 2 - 4 weeks.

**Note: Pilots must be able to fly safely (i.e in front of a marked flightline) for the safety of other modelers & spectators.

EDF Jet primer:

Please show your interest & whether you plan to fly on the day or spectate.
