The Brant module has on-board relays that fail. you can replace them yourself if you're savvy with a soldering iron.
The relay is inbetween the
ecu & the fuel pump relay in a circuitry sense, it interupts the power from the
ecu to switch the F/P relay on.
I suspect that is your issue.
