Default Redline Water Wetter

Hi everyone,

So on the way to and from Barbagallo yesterday, my car struggled a little with the 45 minute 5km/h crawl, with the air-con switched on.

Basically my CEL came on, which the MoTeC does for coolant temp.. I think its around 95 or 98 it comes on.

I also unusually had it come on when I was moving at the speed limit on Wanneroo Rd, but it turned off quickly when I put the heater on, on both occasions.

I'm putting it down to the weather basically as all my fluid levels are perfect with no leaks.. Maybe its a slightly lean condition at idle and very low speed on the E85.. But I can't be sure.

So my question is, has anyone had great success adding an additive such as water wetter to the coolant? If its going to help even slightly in 40 degree heat, then I'm happy to use it.

Cheers
