The problem will be that every wiring junction is different, so unless you swap the entire car to the wiring loom that suits the dash, ie; the engine loom, the door looms, the rear wiring loom, the ABS pump etc.etc. Then somewhere in the car you will have to unpick a major junction plug and adapt/repin it to suit. This is a major operation that most people would be afraid to do.
