I do agree with you that size can effect the taste of a fish. This is very typical in Samson Fish and shark, but bring on the oversize Jewfish any day of the week  |

P.s I'd go either same day caught & Cooked Spanish Mackerel or fresh Yellow fin Sashimi'd on the spot over any of those you mentioned...
