I managed to walk away from 2 signed contracts to buy cars. I put 2 stipulations on the contract.
Pending buyers finance approval from chosen lender
Subject to satisfactory 3rd party inspection.
The first one i didnt like the car and my bank "pulled" the finance.
2nd one after a inspection, i picked approx 5 things wrong with the car, one of which was why did it have a jap dash, i asked to have the
ecu kms compared to dash kms - they didnt want to. I walked away :-)
