But Basically I'm looking to see to get peoples imagination going with a limited budget, what can you do to get a car that looks tasteful and tidy.

Maybe i should re word this to something along the lines of
" you are given an imaginary car, the same one you own, but in stock form, given $1500 imaginary dollars. What would you do to get the car looking good??"
People who chime in with the " i spent 70billion on my car i cant do this" responses are missing the point. Unless you have no concept of a budget or money you should be able to do this.
