Job is installing irrigation at the hospital. Several years work ahead of us out there. Full blown union site. You have to pay union fees but then you have to also pay an additional $20 / week (cash only as the will refuse to your face to issue a receipt) contribution to the 'fighting fund' for the 'brothers at alcoa' who are taking unauthorised strike action. Funny thing is if you talk to the guys at Alcoa do you think that they have received $1 from the 'fighting fund'?
