It is really a touch and go clutch. Intial bedding time will be very shuddery on engagement and this will go off after the ceramic clutch plate is worn it.

The Exedy stage 3 requires precise footwork and once you get a hang of it, the vehicle take offs will become faster and the vehicle will have the pulling much harder as well.

Edit I use a twin plate myself which is ok for me as a daily. It is just a matter of personal choice and getting used to.
