Hey guys, I'm looking at getting some coilovers fitted soon, but unsure what spring rates would be best? What are u running and what r your thoughts?

I have a lightly modded bugeye which I plan on lowering 30mm from stock.
I want it to handle better with less 'roly poly' but not 'crash' over bumps in road. I will also look at other suspension mods including polyurathane bushes and bigger swaybars down the line.

If I bought the coilovers myself, who would be the best ppl to fit them for me (want wheel alignment done)?
