That's how the car was set up when I bought it regarding the manual boost t. I don't know enough about the power fc to fiddle with settings, I only use it at present as a display of what's going on in the car.
Impossible for it to read vacuum at the compressor outlet seeing as there isn't any vacuum present at that point of the induction system.

What does it read at idle? 0? - it should be 10-15 Inches of mercury.

If your seeing 17 psi in that vac line your manifold is probably seeing 15psi or less due to intercooler pressure drop.

You must plumb in to the manifold after the Throttle body for it's reading to be anything meaningful.
