Is the STI space saver different to WRX one, Eg: Brembo's VS Non-Brembo's?

As i have different wheels anyways, probably not a good idea to use 17" space saver on 18"s anyway - damage to differentials etc.

Is there like an OK for like 1 or 2kms, or pushing around a worskshop when out of gear etc?
