1. Anyone mentioning USA spec fuel - Avoid.
2. Generic 1 tune fits all? - Avoid if you want to maximise your results.
3. No dyno AFR check - Avoid.
4. High altitudes? Do they supply a bag of weed with the tune?
5. Company website offers nothing more than a PO Box in Secret Harbour as the address? Makes you think this is a backyard operation. Are they accredited with MTA to be offering vehicle services? What would be your legal recourse if they brick your ECU?
6. Who is ECUWest?

Website started in August 2012. Previously/currently running a Wendy's at Mandurah shops.

I'd prefer to see some more history with the tuning or find out more of what is going on. If it is a business run out of a shed, yes it will be much cheaper than a business that needs to rent premises, pay insurances, staff etc etc. I would also want to know more about the tuning, afr levels and the like. Generic tune not maximising your results based on a guess of what 98 RON fuel is like? Once you start adding in the cost (and your time) for a dyno power run to check AFR's and knock a cheap tune becomes more expensive.

This is all not a negative, it could be a new guy on the scene starting up. At one point, ASG, MMS, Stechnic, Racetorque etc etc were all brand new, but are now the gods. All I am saying is do your research first.
