I would personally concentrate on suspension from this point onwards. Judging from your exisiting "power" mods, it'll be relatively quick in a straight line already. However I find that most of the enjoyment I get out of my car is from handling.

Basically find any bracing you can get your hands on and install it, trust me, no matter how trivial the brace looks, the improvements all add up. Also try replacing all the rubber bushing with spherical bearinged parts (if possible) or a heavy duty nolethane part. You have to remember that the GC's are now getting on in age and the rubber parts (which weren't that crash hot to start with) would be pretty soft and deteriorated by now. Hope that helps.
