Drill out the hole a fraction bigger and use a tap to put some thread back on it.
Then do the same to the one side of the BPV and get a new bolt to suit.
Would only suggest this if there is plenty of meat around the hole itself.
If there is only another 2 or 3mm of metal around it, you may weaken it by attempting the above.
