I'm 3 weeks in to my new regime.
No smoking, no shit food, no redbull, no coke, no iced coffee etc.
Gym 3 days (Cardio/weights) and walk 5 or 10km on the off days.
Long journey ahead for me with my goal being dropping 50kg.
