What are you using as a voltage regulator/isolator on your solar panels?
What brand & Model of panel are they?

As far as your inverter goes - Do you have a good chassis earth? The beep is a low voltage alarm.
Are your 130ah batts wired in to the rest of the transit or are they isolated?
