Everything is working now apart from the solar panels not punching out enough power to charge the battery's, they will keep them at the same or maybe 0.2v over what is in them provided there is no load on them like the fridge but that's about all.

These are the specs of the 200w panel & the same brand 100w panel is roughly 50% of this apart from voltage output, when I installed them in pretty good conditions the highest reading I got from memory was 13.4 from the 200w and 12.6 from the 100w panel and that was at the panel. I know a guy that bought a cheap 160w panel and he's getting readings of 19v at the regulator so ?????????
