What Kumho's exactly? I can recommend Bridgestone RE002 as I've used them personally and they are great as a street tyre. They grip very hard from cold, are quiet and grip well in the wet as well. I would look hard into tyres first as they are often underlooked for braking distances.

Yes, wrx brakes are more than fine for street duties especially once you've upgraded the pads and rotors. IMO, you don't need any high temp brake fluids on the street. Just get them flushed when you fit the pads and rotors.

I've run the QFM HPX and they are truly magnificent for the price you pay for them. Great street pads.

And yes, Evo R does stock up Project Mu items.
