Hardened dampers means the rockwell of the steel is harder. The actual fact they will specifically harden a set of shocks different to the standard ones is a bit far fetched.
The larger valves means it should ride differently and take bumps better.
More fluid means that it will operate at the standard ability for longer before the oil becomes too viscous. Really only nessesary for HARD track work.
