If you don't like the service the simple thing to do is don't buy from them, go off and start up your own wrecking business or source it from somewhere else.
Personally, I've done business once or twice with Fats (after some drive shafts) and he's been very helpful in helping me find the right part. Sure it wasn't the cheapest option but it worked and had me back on the road that day.
Strange how people expect to pay near nothing for an item.

Maybe you knew exactly what you wanted. How many people arent subaru specialists though mate? Sometimes we rely on their experience to help us with what we want.
